My commitment to healing and growth has led me to guide others. I have been on a journey to understand myself deeply to serve and meet this particular moment in history.

This journey isn’t linear. I have voyaged many times through the stories of my childhood, across the subtle memories of my ancestors, holding intentions for a joyful future.

My deep desire is to enable a society where individuals feel healthy, loved, and able to radiate from their authentic selves.

Transformational Guide

Pascale Terra Déau is a transformational guide and facilitator supporting humans to birth new visions and systems in service of a more prosperous, equitable, healthy, and regenerative world. With her presence, Pascale invites people to step into their authentic power with playfulness and depth.

Pascale holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Master's in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. Her practice connects the healing arts and systems thinking, the personal and the collective, and the inner and outer work. For the last eight years, Pascale has designed and facilitated transformative experiences that foster awareness, authenticity, and connection for individuals and mission-driven organizations, including NEXUS, Family Office Association, the Terran Collective and Archery Foundation.

In 2020, she co-founded a family foundation, Archery Foundation, focused on helping young leaders from disadvantaged French neighborhoods realize their ambitions and dreams.
